myAvail 10.0 Release Notes

Release myAvail 10 is the final stage of the migration of Fixed Route Dispatching functionality from the myAvail locally installed client to dispatching fully integrated as part of the myAvail ETMS platform. Users will now have a seamless experience from myAvail ETMS to monitor dispatch as there is no longer a second log in screen for dispatching.
Dispatching improvements have been made across Dispatch and Live Map to improve the performance of the pull-out management grid, stabilize the dispatch maps by resolving some errors regarding saving map views and improving the logic around taking and releasing events for improved reliability.
myAvail 10 also includes the pre-release of the new Communications feature in ETMS. This feature consolidates the comms functionality previously managed inside of the Dispatch feature into a dedicated feature in the myAvail ETMS framework.
This feature also includes communication functionality embedded directly on the Live Map to make setting up calls and text communications possible both from a dedicated Communications console or from a bus action card on Live Map. Release myAvail 10 introduces the first of many features migrated from the existing EAM and ERP suites that originated with the Fleet-net product line. This feature provides a fully
web-based responsive design that retains the basic workflow from the existing work order management module.
Work orders can now be managed from a central table that’s fully searchable and sortable. Work orders are processed using a tab workflow to provide a guided experience with all relevant information being easily accessible such as defects and warranty information.
Along with this feature migration improvements have been made to streamline the process for printing, add in printing on the inspection checklist, centralize notes and make warranty information readily accessible from the work order screen.
Customers using myAvail for Work Order Management today will be contacted by Avail’s Migration and Adoption team with early adopters starting this spring and all customers having the new functionality deployed by the end of summer.

Main Changes for 3.9.0.3

• Added Integration of Smart Card Swipe Status via IVU Data services and display result in MDT GUI for PVTA ByteMark
• Added integration with the InfoDev GW400 APC Gateway via Ethernet
• Added integration with the Hella APS-R APC Sensor. The APS-R sensor is the replacement for the older APC-R sensor which is no longer manufactured.
• Enhanced IVU Dataservices endpoints to support Parking Brake, Turn Signals ,Hazard light, Onboard count and OntimeMonitoring for TSP Vendor
• Bug fix for APC false diagnostics

Main Changes for 3.9.0.1

• Gillig OEM will no longer provide wires to the radio equipment box for the following discrete inputs: Stop Request, Lift Request, Wheelchair Stow, Front Bike Rack Extended, Front Door Open, and Rear Door Open. This discrete signals will only be available via J1939 messages from the Body Controller ECU.
• Bug fix for alighting counts assigned to the next stop
• Bug fix to prevent switching radio channels during an active voice call when cellular data is lost and the IVU switches to voice fallback. The switch to fallback will be deferred until the call ends.
