Service Bulletin #083: 2024 Year-End Reporting Processes for ETMS ERP and ERP Legacy Users

This service bulletin applies to the following users:

  • System Administrators
  • All Accounts Payable (1099) users
  • All Payroll (W2) users
  • Affordable Care Act (1095-C) users

As we approach the end of 2024, we want to provide your agency with helpful information and resources as you complete your year-end processes.

2024 Changes

The following is an outline of changes for 2024 reporting requirements:

  • AP: Vendors with 1099 Codes & Vendors without 1099 Codes Reports will be updated on 1/1/2025. There are no electronic filing or print changes.
  • PR: W2/W2C Electronic Filing Changes. Do not file W2's until you receive the updated PR Program. There are no print format changes.
  • HR: No changes for 1095-C/1094-C forms nor electronic filing.

myAvail Update

myAvail ETMS users will receive an automatic update on January 1 to update 2025 Tax Tables, ACA Software ID and updated 1099 Vendor Reports. Other software updates will be provided during your upgrade to Release 9.5. Agencies already on 9.5 will receive tax reporting software updates on January 1. Self-hosted users will be sent a program package by mid-January and must execute the updates manually.
