This service bulletin applies to the following users:
- System Administrators
- All Accounts Payable (1099) users
- All Payroll (W2) users
- Affordable Care Act (1095-C) users
As we approach the end of 2025, we want to provide your agency with helpful information and resources as you complete your year-end processes.
2025 Changes
The following is an outline of changes for 2025 reporting requirements:
- AP: There are no electronic filing or print changes.
- PR: There are program changes to report eligible overtime on printed W2. Do not build 2025 Period 5 tax data until you have completed the setup outlined in "2025 - No Tax on Overtime Reporting". Do not print 2025 W2's until you have received the PR program update. There are electronic filing changes for some state reporting. PR program update includes new report to assist with Overtime Reporting.
- HR: No changes for 1095-C/1094-C forms nor electronic filing.
myAvail Update
myAvail ETMS users will receive an automatic update on either December 26, 2025, or January 1, 2026, depending on payroll schedule, to update 2026 Tax Tables and ACA Software ID. Other software updates will be provided during your upgrade to Release 10.3. PA Agencies on 10.2 will receive tax reporting software updates on January 1.
