Service Bulletin #107: Generating PMs

This service bulletin applies to all customers using Avail’s Transit Assets solution on 10.3.0.

What’s the Issue?

In PM Forecast & Checklist, if the Include Forecast box is selected, ALL forecasted PMs are incorrectly being generated. When clicking the Generate PMs button, the pop up is only reporting the number of PMs due, but ALL forecasted PMs are being generated.  

Who’s Affected?

ETMS Transit Assets users generating PM’s in myAvail release 10.3.0.

What do I need to do?

When generating PMs do NOT select Include Forecast. Selecting Include Forecast should only be done during a review stage and not when creating PMs. The Include Forecast button may still be used for review, but prior to generating PMs the user should click the Reset button to reset the form to its initial state to avoid the issue.

This will be corrected in myAvail release 11.0.0.
