Service Bulletin #101: Work Order Close Date Fix

What's the issue?

When a WO is reviewed by a supervisor and deemed finished, the Close Date is added to the WO. This is NOT triggering the WO to go into Pending.

Who's affected?

You are affected if your agency adds the Closed Date separately, as this prevents Closed Work Orders from being updated 

What do I need to do?

The permanent fix will be in 10.3, but a temporary resolution for this issue will be deployed by the end of the week.
