Service Bulletin #093: VoIP Scheduled Maintenance

This service bulletin applies to agencies utilizing Avail's VoIP solution.

What's the Issue?

Avail will have planned VoIP maintenance that will take place on Friday, July 4th (Independence Day) between 3:30-4:00 am EST for all customers that have Avail's VoIP solution. This will require the Avail VoIP servers to be taken offline for 5 minutes or less.

Who's affected?

All customers that have Avail's VoIP solution including:

  • Olympia, WA - Intercity
  • Scranton, PA - COLTS
  • Modesto, CA - StanRTA
  • Baton Rouge, LA - BRCATS
  • Grand Rapids, MI - The Rapid
  • Allentown, PA - LANTA
  • Fort Wright, KY - TANK
  • West Covina, CA - Foothill
  • Salem, OR - Cherriots  
  • Montebello, CA - MBL
  • Shreveport, LA - SporTran

What do I need to do?

If your agency has VoIP, please expect VoIP communications to be offline for a couple minutes between 3:30-4:00 am EST while the scheduled maintenance occurs. This interruption will be very brief and should only last a couple of minutes.
