GFI Cloud upgrade will stop data importing into Avail.
What's the Issue?
GFI is upgrading customers to their latest release of cloud-based software. This upgrade will disable our current connection between the two systems, which will stop the data import from GFI into Avail’s reporting system.
Who's affected?
Any customer that has a GFI Import into the Avail Data Reporting System (Datapoint/ BI).
What do I need to do?
Avail Technologies is currently working with GFI to develop a new method for importing this data into our system. The current ODBC will remain supported by GFI until the solution is developed pending updates from both GFI and Avail.
If you upgrade prior without the completed development, you’ll lose the ability to run the farebox reports throughout the Avail reporting systems.
