As a result of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 exchange server issue some agencies may have received a high number of emails that were not originally sent out as intended.
What's the issue?
Avail experienced a Microsoft Dynamics 365 exchange server issue where some case and RMA email notifications were in a holding pattern. This afternoon the issue was resolved, which resulted in the releasing of all of the emails previously stuck in the holding pattern.
Who's affected?
Any agency/user that had an email that was not previously sent out and delivered as expected.
What do I need to do?
Our internal IT resolved the issue. No action should be required as a result of this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion if you received a significant number of emails.
