ERP Configuration for First Time Sign-in & Password Reset

This article will walk you through how to access and sign-in to your ETMS software via a remote desktop client. This procedure applies to all users who have a myAvail.cloud, and already have the Remote Desktop Client installed and configured for your agency's myAvail ETMS environment on the workstation being used.

You can access your myAvail.cloud account in two different ways as a first time user. Select the option that applies to you- Use the Microsoft Login or launch the Remote Desktop Client on your computer.

  1. Visit: Office 365 Login | Microsoft Office and select Sign In:
  2. Launch the Azure Remote Desktop Client, Select Subscribe, and sign in with your myAvail.cloud provided account:

  3. Enter your myAvail.cloud email address and press Next:
  4. Enter your temporary password provided for your new myAvail.cloud account and select Sign in:
  5. The software will prompt you to update your password (enter this twice) to something personal/ secure, then select Sign in:
  6. The following page appears:

    Select each Set it up now and enter the required credential information for each item:
    • Authentication Phone is not configured
    • Authentication Email is not configured
  7. Select your country or region and enter your cell phone number. Then select text me or call me based on your preferred authentication method:
  8. To authenticate, enter your email address, then select email me:
  9. After both forms of recovery are authenticated, you will notice green check marks. These confirm your preferred methods have been recorded. Select Finish.
  10. You can now launch your ETMS remote app. Simply double click the icon to launch ETMS:
  11. You'll see a configuration message. Here, just enter your updated myAvail.cloud password and press OK
  12. Next, when the ETMS screen displays, enter your Username and Password to login:
  13. Navigate to the product area you need:
