How to Configure Pullout Grid Columns

The Pullout Gird is a tool that promotes pullout efficiencies for agencies. It informs dispatch about operator check in times, tracks when vehicles are logged into and when they pullout for their first revenue stop. Dispatch can use the check in column to begin tracking these events. Please see the Pullout Grid article for more information. This article discusses how to order the columns in the manner in which these events occur. 

Pullout Grid

The columns may be sorted in the order in which the events occur, or as preferred. Here's how:

  • Click on a column name, and drag it left or right. In the example, we'll move the Check In column to the far left, along with the column, then click and drag the Login and Pullout columns to the right of the Check In columns, to match how pullout events occur:

  • Reorganized Columns

  • The final step is to log out of Avail. This action preserves your updated columns in your account
  • Press the Logout button in the upper right of the Avail screen
  • When you log back in, your customized columns settings will display
