Troubleshooting Trigger Box Issues
When a schedule is imported, all stops on the schedule have an automatically assigned geofence ( the trigger box) upon import into Avail. Each geofenced area, or trigger box, requires a review and save process. If trigger boxes are not reviewed/ saved, the data attached to that geofence is not available for use in the vehicle.
