Logon Failures

The myAvail system requires a valid Driver ID, Run or Block number depending on configuration, validation of these values by the backend system, and a valid Block data file for the vehicle. If any of these elements fail, the MDT displays a failure message similar to the following:

The following table lists the most common error messages:

Invalid Block
(Fixed-End logons only)

The Block Number is not valid. The number is not on file, it is before the block start time plus the allowance or after the block end time. Verify that you entered the correct value. Retry the entry. If it fails a second time, contact dispatch.

Invalid Run

The entered Run Number is not valid. The number is not on file, it is before the run start time plus the allowance or after the run end time. Verify that you entered the correct value. Retry the entry. If it fails a second, time contact dispatch.

Invalid Driver ID

The entered Driver ID is not valid. Verify that you entered the correct value. Retry the entry. If it fails a second time, contact dispatch.

Failed to receive Logon response from the CAD

Check that the MDT communication status icon is green mceclip0.png. For status icon descriptions, see Status Bar. If allowed by property policy, move the vehicle to a location with better signal coverage.
