Agencies on myAvail version 7.4.11 and newer can now manage vehicles and fleets from the Transit Assets solution. Once created in myAvail, customers utilizing Avail’s hosted Legacy ERP Solution, Fleet-Net, will complete the additional details on the Fleet Master and Vehicle Master forms. NOTE: This article covers the workflow for Fleets and Vehicles for agencies utilizing both myAvail ETMS and hosted Legacy ERP (Fleet-Net). If your agency only licenses Avail’s CAD/AVL solutions, you’ll only complete steps 1 and 3 of this workflow.
