The Archived Vehicle Incidents Report provides a list of vehicle incident records for the selected date range. Use the report filters to narrow the displayed incidents and export the results to PDF for review or recordkeeping.
Filtering the Report
Select the appropriate Date Range to define the period included in the report.
Use the available report filters to narrow the displayed incident records. The Vehicles filter allows you to select one or more vehicles and display incidents associated with those vehicles.
After selecting the desired filter values, apply the filters to update the report results.
Exporting to PDF
After selecting the desired date range and filters, export the report to PDF.
The exported PDF displays the report's Date Range and includes the selected Vehicles filter at the top of the report. This makes it easier to identify the criteria used to generate the exported report.
For example, when multiple vehicles are selected, the PDF lists the selected vehicle IDs in the Vehicles section above the report results.
