NTD Forms

This table contains the list of NTD Financial Reports that are included in the report suite.  Every record in the Crosswalk table will be required to have an entry from this table.

Form Name:  NTD Form/Report name (F-10, F-20, F-30, etc.)

NTD & GL Crosswalk

This is the master table that all the previously mentioned tables support. This table provides a crosswalk or cross-reference between NTD USOA Accounts and the agency’s General Ledger Accounts.

Fiscal Year:         Pulls from a valid GL Fiscal Year

NTD Form:         NTD Form/Report name (F-10, F-20, F-30, etc.)

USOA Account:  USOA account name (Assets, Passenger Fares, Federal Funds, etc.)

To edit a crosswalk entry, click on the three dots at the far right of the entry and select Edit.

This screen will allow creation or modification of crosswalk entry.

Fiscal Year:         Pulls from a valid GL Fiscal Year

NTD Form:         NTD Form/Report name (F-10, F-20, F-30, etc.)

USOA Account:  USOA account name (Assets, Passenger Fares, Federal Funds, etc.)

Division:             Pulls from a valid GL Division

GL Account:       Pulls from a valid GL Account Number

Allocation:          Common name of the Allocation to be used in the record

Account Mode:  Common name of the Account Mode

Fund Name:       Common name for the funding type (Capital, Operations, etc.)

NOTE: Not every record in the table has a funding source associated. The fund field can be left blank..

Clone Fiscal Year

This function allows the agency to clone a previous year’s NTD Crosswalk table into a new fiscal year. For example, in fiscal year 2022, the customer has 700 entries in the Crosswalk table, and nothing has changed except for the fiscal year. This function will replicate the entire table and replace the previous fiscal year with the current fiscal year. The agency can edit, update, or remove records rather than having to re-enter each record for the new year.

If the target year Fiscal Year/Division/GL Account combination does not exist in the General Ledger, those cloned entries are skipped and listed below.
