Self Service Reporting Overview

The Self Service Reporting feature - also known as the Self Service Reporting Module (SSRM) - allows you to define dashboards and reports. Easily pull metrics from the database to display the information you need, front and center. SSRM can help your agency fully leverage this powerful tool.

This Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tool provides a myriad of data through its built-in functionality. You can easily filter or group report attributes quickly to analyze your agency’s data. However, if you have more specific analytical requirements, it also allows you to create your own custom reports via the Self-Service Reporting feature.
