VoIP Recording Timeline

The VoIP Recording Timeline is a visual report that provides detailed call data and playback options for reviewing voice communications. This ensures effective communication management and contributes to efficient and safe transit operations.

Accessing the Interface

Head to https://voiprecordings.myavail.cloud and log in with your myAvail.cloud credentials. Once logged in, you will be greeted by the timeline interface, which displays tick marks representing calls. This visual representation allows you to see who made calls, when they occurred, and their duration.

Navigating the Timeline

The timeline can be adjusted using the zoom feature, which helps you focus on specific periods. The "move by" arrows shift the timeline based on the zoom level, allowing you to navigate through different time frames effortlessly. You can also drag the timeline left or right, or use your mouse scroll wheel to zoom in and out.

Playback and Download

To review a call, simply click on the recording to start playback. The recording will play automatically, providing you with the full conversation. If you need to save the recording to your device, toggle the switch from "play" to "download." Be cautious, as clicking multiple recordings will initiate multiple downloads.

Color Coding

The VoIP Recording Timeline uses color coding to differentiate between various types of calls:

  • Green represents normal calls initiated by dispatch using a VoIP console.
  • Orange indicates calls made by bus operators using handsets while in voice fallback mode.
  • Blue signifies calls made by supervisors or maintenance teams using smartphones or one way calls made by dispatch.
  • Light Blue represents covert calls placed while in EA mode.

Searching and Filtering

To find specific calls, use the search bar at the top of the interface. This smart search feature will pre-fill information as you type, making it easier to locate the desired recordings. Additionally, you can use the calendar picker to select a specific date and view calls from that day.
