On the Personnel page, the Personnel panel is the complete list of system users. From this panel, you can:
- Search users
- Filter users by active or inactive status
- Select users
- Add personnel
- Import users from JazzHR
Search Users
The Personnel Panel search helps you find users by display Name, Position, Operator ID (Logon ID), or Employee ID.
Filter Users by Status
Use the Active and Inactive filters at the top of the Personnel panel to control which users appear in the list.
By default, Active is selected so the Personnel panel displays only active users. This reduces the number of outdated or former personnel records displayed and makes the list easier to navigate.
- Select Active to display only active users.
- Select Inactive to display only inactive users.
- Deselect both Active and Inactive to display all users.

Select a user from the list to view and manage their system records.
