Overview
Campaign Work Orders allow you to create Work Orders in bulk for multiple Vehicles, Components, or other Assets that require the same type of work. For example, you can create Work Orders for every vehicle in a fleet to perform seasonal A/C inspections or install new radios across multiple vehicles.
Steps
1. Navigate to Transit Assets/Maintenance Management/Campaign Work Orders.
2. Choose Vehicle Campaigns card.
Location - This will become the first character of the WO.
Vehicles - User can select All Vehicles, a single vehicle, or a series of sequential fleets. Because this is the Vehicles card, system will automatically make the second character of the WO a V.
Open Date - This will become the open date for all the WOs
Time - This will become the open date time for all the WOs
Class Code & Repair type - These are selected per normal procedures. This transit has C for Campaigns as a repair type.
Opened By - Select the user, optional
Problem & Task Code - Select the problem and a task code, optional
Description - This will lay out what these work orders are intended to cover. This will populate on every Work Order that is created.
Comments - The user can leave a comment or a note pertaining to these work orders. Use as needed.
3. Click Start when the form is completed.
4. Click Yes to continue, No to go back.
Report will display the WOs needed for this campaign for reviewing.

Last page will display the total number of WOs that will be created.
5. Close the Print Preview. System will ask if you want to create these 17 work orders.
6. Click Yes to continue, No to go back.
Completion message will display.
Work Orders will display in Work Orders card in the ETMS.
Each one will reflect the criteria from the setup.
These work orders can now be assigned to techs, completed and updated, per transit procedures.
