Orders

Where do I find my order total?
The cart will show the subtotal without shipping and handling. From the cart, click the orange Check Out button to proceed to checkout where you'll see the total with shipping and handling.
Where do I find the lead time for my order?
Lead times vary by part. We'll confirm the order lead time before we charge your payment method. Your final lead time will be confirmed before we charge your payment method.
How do I make changes to an order I already placed?
After you submit your order via the store, we'll confirm item availability and lead time. Once confirmed, we charge your payment method, and the order is final. There will be no changes after we charge your payment method.
Do you charge tax?
No. Taxes are not calculated or charged via the Avail Store. If your agency is not exempt, you must file your Use Tax.

Credit cards (Visa, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Venmo.

UPS only
What shipping methods do you offer?
UPS Ground
Where do I find my tracking number?
Tracking shared upon shipment along with your packing list.

Return Policy

What's your return policy?
All sales are final. No exchanges.
If Avail mistakenly sends you the wrong item, it will be replaced with the correct item. In the case of an Avail error, no returns are necessary.
