This service bulletin applies to agencies utilizing Avail's VoIP solution.
What's the Issue?
Avail will have planned VoIP maintenance that will take place on Thursday, November 28th (Thanksgiving Day) between 3:30-4:00 am EDT for all customers that have Avail's VoIP solution. This will require the Avail VoIP servers to be taken offline for 10 minutes or less.
Who's affected?
All customers that have Avail's VoIP solution including:
- Olympia, WA - Intercity
- Scranton, PA - COLTS
- Modesto, CA - StanRTA
- Baton Rouge, LA - BRCATS
- Grand Rapids, MI - The Rapid
- Allentown, PA - LANTA
- Fort Wright, KY TANK
What do I need to do?
If your agency has VoIP, prepare to be offline between 3:30-4:00 am EDT for the scheduled maintenance.
