This service bulletin applies to system administrators.
What's the issue?
To help gauge performance and satisfaction, our Customer Support Team collects feedback at the close of each support case. Microsoft distributes these satisfaction surveys using our support@availtec.com email address.
Starting on May 1, 2024, the short URL domain Microsoft uses to send the surveys will be updated from "https://[region].microsoft.com/[10-digit code]" to "https://[region].dcv.ms/[10-digit code]".
Who's affected?
Microsoft's change will affect anyone who creates support cases.
What do I need to do?
If your network firewall or email security requires you to allow the listing of new URLs, please update your allowlist to include the new domain.
