This service bulletin applies to agencies that utilize the JazzHR integration.
To improve the security of this integration, JazzHR has updated the API we utilize to import applicant data into myAvail Personnel. As Avail continues to work to update myAvail to comply with the new specifications, the import process for applicant tracking data may fail to process. The Avail team is working on an update to our software, and when it is available, we will contact customers to schedule a software update.
What do I need to do?
If you are having problems with the import, please open a support ticket so we can confirm this is related to the integration change. Then, you should proceed with manually creating a new personnel record for those employees.
